Our Real Estate Assistants are experienced and / or certified.  

We have specialized services that will increase the bandwidth in your day, to get you organized and keep you selling.  Our services are customized to your needs and may be acquired independently or through a brokerage:

  • Facilitating Back Office Tasks:  MLS data entry, database update and maintenance, office tools, post and remove listings from sites, calendar management, etc.
  • Customer Service/Relations:  Lead validations, appointment setting and confirmations, follow- ups and survey interview (immediately after purchase & three months later), client appreciation (purchase anniversary, birthday, wedding anniversary, etc.)
  • Marketing:  Within industry compliance and regulations, will manage lead generation and tracking, website updates, social networking updates and posts, mailings, email blasts, newsletters, etc.

Services may be acquired contractually and through direct-hire.  All REAs and TCs serving under contract may only work for one brokerage at a time.
